Having worked in the mental health field for over a deade, I draw from not only the experiences working with individuals struggling with a variety of mental health challenges; but also from my own life experiences as well.
I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Connecticut in 2009. In 2010, I finished my Master’s Degree in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University.
My career has included working at Yale, The Olin Neuropsychiatric Research Center, and The University of Connecticut Health Center. As my life’s path lead me to work with individuals, I have worked at methadone clinics, a HIV Drop-In Center, and then 10 years at New York Presbyterian Hospital’s psychiatric hospital in Westchester, NY. My experiences have led me to work with a variety of individuals struggling with a multitude of psychiatric illnesses.
Recently, I have started a Ph.D program in Clinical Psychology.
