Hi and welcome to my website! Deciding to talk to a mental health professional can be a difficult  decision to make. Often, we worry what others may think or we think it is "weak" or "crazy" to speak to someone. My goal is to help make this process as comfortable as possible. Offering a supportive, nonjudgemental space for us to work together.

My style is energetic, supportive, and eclectic. While mainly focusing on cognitive behavioral techniques, I believe in a mind-body connection and take a holistic view, incorporating not only various therapeutic modalities  but also lifestyle changes as well.
